Orchestrate full project lifecycles focused on the implementation of lean practices and process improvements. Drive efforts to continuously enhance operations through research and analysis of performance data as well as policies and procedures; identify and target areas in need of improvement. Generate reports and recommendations based on findings. Conduct internal evaluations / audits for Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). Communicate project objectives to affected city departments. Handle recordkeeping, negotiations, workflow analysis, and investigations.
