I had 2 roles at DNB. The first role was a retention specialist that retained and grew existing business to small, medium, and large business's throughout the USA. I sold 1) Credit management for themselves2) risk management in extending credit to others and 3)marketing services The second role was New Business - Customer Acquisition Small Business. This was a 100% business development role. I sold 1) Risk Management 2) Hoovers - which is a national business directory containing crucial information about business for marketing, prospecting purposes and 3) Software that allows businesses to connect their database to the DNB database to ensure accuracy in billing, credit information, extending credit to others and enabling companies to keep their database current to eliminate costly mistakes.
