Maintained the firm's system of accounts, including managing the intercompany accounts between AugustinPartners and 20 Escrow accounts; in addition to other supporting activities which included bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll, payables and receivables, cash flow, budgets and statements of activities. Developed, analyzed, and interpreted statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization while working closely with the Senior Partner. Co-ordinated, planned, prepared and reported on the financial activities of the firm. Managed and assisted with firm contracts including leases, insurance, contractors, employee contracts and office equipment. Maintained confidentiality of work related information and materials. Responsible for all Human Resource duties including payroll, health benefits and pension plans. Provided highly responsible administrative, management and operational support to the Senior Partner.
