Daily Duties at Lissner & Lissner Llp:
Accurately prepare routine legal correspondence and memoranda for attorney partners. Compose correspondence, accounting and financial documents to be analyzed; ensured accuracy and completion of all documentation. Analyze departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing; take appropriate action as needed. Prepare departmental contracts and submit to attorney for approval. Draft and review financial statement compilations and distributed to partners for approval. Responsible for bank statement reconciliations and generating financial statements according to client documentation. Prepare Annual, Intermediate and Final Accounting schedules in Estate/Trust/Guardianship proceedings. Prepare Informal Account with Receipts and Releases, filed and recorded with Court. Manage the preparation of all Judicial Accounting. Calculate Annual Guardian, Trustee and Executor Commissions. Draft Proceedings, Initial Reports and Annual and Final Captions. Prepare Individual, Estate and Trust Tax Returns in accordance with state and federal guidelines and regulations.
