Daily Duties at Impact Information Technologies, Inc:
Technical Services. I took on the primary support for over 200 AS/400 based customers. Developed database to keep track of information collected of systems supported by this group. Developed processes for logging problem calls and solutions that could be reviewed as a support database. I used technical skills in all area of AS/400 systems management. My iSeries Consulting skills encompass areas such as: o Technical Services (Security, Performance Tuning/Analysis, Migration Services including System/36 to Advanced/36 or S36EE.) o AS/400 Transition Services skills and OS installation/upgrades. o Vision Solutions Architect for High Availability implementations o OS/400 Training Instructor (self developed training materials) o Domino on the AS/400 install skills o Windows NT on the Integrated PC Server installation skills o Pre-Sales support helping to quickly complete sales for services
