Daily Duties at Ab Bank Ltd:

Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Development & maintenance of HR website of ABBL website and ensuring coordination of the project for on-line application and short listing system, FAQ on recruitment/ internship policies and process etc. • Launch of on-line Dialogue and ensuring its effective use and operations. • Reviewing the Internship policy and practice and preparing a formal Policy and its implementation. • Guiding/Advising managers and employees in understanding/using the performance appraisal system work on the performance recommendations and develop the pool of potential employees for future placement need. • Developing a formal Orientation Program for new staff. • Revising HR policy by gathering internal and external market data, analyze and propose revised policy for management approval and reviewing of employee non cash benefits. • Ensuring proper Training need assessment, designing, development, budgeting, implementation and evaluation, • Lead the HRIS Project i.e. transfer of staff record from hard copy to HR software and managing the project for salary process automation of ABBL.
