Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Planning and managing the Succession management program. • Leading the organization wide reward and recognition system. • Planning and managing the process of staff satisfaction survey and reporting to the MANCOM. • Leading and supporting the process of BRAC Exposure visit and the Orientation Program of all new employees. • Responsible for effectiveness of Women Forum and Cell for ensuring gender equity in the organization. • Responsible for ensuring proper implementation of HR Training policy and procedure. • Led the data validation team for transferring the staff data from vista (HR software) to ERP system • Responsible for performance appraisal of the team members and their development plans.
