Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee and formulate company’s HR Strategy & Policy, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Resourcing, Organization Development and Employee Relations. • Prudent manpower planning and HR budgeting in correlation with the company business plan • Lead the change management and restructuring initiatives in the company in collaboration with management with focus on Human Capital Management. • Formulate and propose various policies and procedures to senior management in order to establish positive correlation between HR Division’s objectives and company’s vision and goals. • Supervise HR Operations to ensure efficiency and productivity of the HR function. • With support of division heads, manage the pay for performance based performance management system with the objective of establishing a formidable correlation of performance with pay. • Oversee the overall recruitment process of the company and suggest/advise management time to time. • In coordination with division heads enable proactive succession planning in the company with management approved training and development initiatives.
