Daily Duties at Vpi General Contracting:
Single point of contact, cradle to grave facilitation of sales and project management responsibilities. Included: RFP analysis, scope generation, estimating forecasts, contract presentation/negotiation, schedule architect, real time management of CFT's and multiple vendors, C-level communication to end user regarding project progression, actual vs. forecast financial reporting direct to owner, ROI reports to client and overall project P&L analysis upon completion.
