Managed and developed a team of three Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the Central U.S. Region. Directed all sales management efforts for the 13 state Central U.S. Region (AR, CO, IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY). Developed annual territory sales and marketing plan to include sales forecasts and budget, sales prospecting, account management, marketing, and new business efforts. Conducted competitive market intelligence, analyzed and identified new business opportunities, and negotiated and closed sales to new accounts using customized value propositions.
