Daily Duties at Randstad (Maximus):

Oversaw daily office operations for staff of 30 employees, including but not limited to staff discipline, coaching, counseling, on-boarding and off-boarding, including new staff orientation and preparatory training for all work tasks. Collaborated with the client's Vice President to identify best practices that increase workplace production and efficiency. Ensured all WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) legal and time requirements are met through processing of the daily mail and certificate of mail process. Created company's first employee training manual. Collaborated with the client's IT team to develop and maintain technical supports to ensure efficient and accurate electronic data daily transmissions. Developed and maintained electronic state data transfer procedural manuals. Implemented and enforced division and project specific policies and procedures.
