Positioned as a Sales Director for a division of McGraw Hill Financial, J.D. Power, this position manages the western two-thirds of the U.S. and Canadian sales territory (22 states). J.D. Power is a world leader in research and performance improvement programs utilizing and measuring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Calling on director, V.P., and C-suite level executives, my role is selling consultative offerings for the industry’s largest electric utilities, gas utilities, and energy retailers, providing utility industry insight, and performance improvement research and products. Our consultative offerings are specifically centered around VOC and CSAT. These offerings would include but not limited to: annual energy industry syndicated research studies, client customized proprietary research, CSAT performance programs utilizing tracking/oversampling, Customer Experience Strategic Assessment (CESA) engagements, website evaluation, call center/contact center performance improvement, benchmarking and certification programs, IVR assessment and improvement analysis.
