• Coordinate activities involved with procuring goods and services and ensuring we are in compliance with ABM policies and guidelines • Provide leadership to management by keeping abreast of latest market trends in strategic sourcing, supplier diversity, and supplier relationships • Resolve issues regarding defective or unacceptable goods or services with vendors • Review of supplier delivery performances to exceed or meet strategic service level agreements • Conduct contract negotiations with our legal department to ensure that terms and conditions are in the best interest of the company
