• Supervised employees responsible for maintaining daily inventory reports, delivery schedules and other monitoring procedures • Managed and audited manual and computerized financial records • Monitor and review KPI performance vs. goals: provide buyer direction and take corrective action to ensure performance targets are met, maximizing performance. • Serves as subject matter expert for assigned product categories. Works with Category Management team to maximize growth and profit opportunities tied to Replenishment • Implemented a maintenance log to track inventory more accurately • Manages and develops personnel (recruitment, interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, professional development
