As Process Improvement Director; I discovered process issues and led technical and business solutions to ensure our 2500 users could perform business transactions in the most efficient, cost effective way. As IT Director; I managed a team of IT professionals in ensuring we had better than 99.8% up time on networks and transaction platform. I planned, developed and rolled out large platform go-lives. Also ensured IT provisioning including mobile computing, wireless and desktop support.
