Managed various departments with budgets of up to $ 1 million dollars; provided education, training, and technical assistance to elected officials throughout the country; supervised fund development strategies and activities; devised and established a national training institute which trained elected officials from over 50 states and several countries; coordinated a bi-weekly nationally distributed e-magazine; Managed BNC’s Publishing division for children’s and Jr. Youth materials; Supervised a staff of six employees and over 50 volunteers.
