Ensure continued growth by expanding new and existing client base. Medicaid Billing and Reimbursement. Supervision and Development of office staff, acquiring seminars ensure compliance with federal and state regulations oversee the general management of operations. Supervised Medicaid programs Arrange community programs Customer Service for Clients and Physicians Careful selected, developed and retained qualified staff, as well as trained staff annually Evaluated patient care procedural changes for effectiveness. A/R Management with 5 employees Scheduling clients visits Administered, directed and coordinated the activities of the agency. Expertly planned, coordinated, organized and directed all operations of the agency. Cooperated with other health related agencies and organizations in community activities. Actively maintained up-to-date knowledge of applicable state and Federal laws Contracts Payroll Regularly evaluated employee performance, provided feedback and assisted coached and disciplined staff as needed. Diligently monitored the QA (Quality Assurance) program to improve performance and maintain high standards of care.
