Full P&L responsibility of $80M+ business providing power product and service solutions. Worked with direct sales and inside sales channels to target Oil & Gas, Industrial, Data Centers, and Retail markets. Operations (JTP) included 1 plant (aftermarket product repairs and assemblies with $6M in parts inventory). Managed 9 direct reports that included multivendor sales, marketing, contracts, field service, finance, inside sales and customer service with 350 employees (organic and non-organic).
