Daily Duties at Houser & Allison, Apc:
Negotiate on behalf of and represent secured lenders, loan servicers, and foreclosure trustees in matters throughout California, Texas, and New York. Represent clients in matters relating to use and management of real property, purchase and sale agreements, financing and loan documents, restructurings, eminent domain, and valuation issues. Successfully represent clients in disputes handling all aspects of litigation, including motion practice and discovery. Take depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, corporate representatives, and other witnesses.
