Daily Duties at Elster Amco Water:

Established the Technical Writing department. Worked with VP Engineering, VP Sales/Quality to determine company objectives and requirements regarding documentation deliverables, communication, workflow, and quality assurance. Developed customer facing documentation for advanced metering infrastructure and automatic meter reading product lines including: network overviews, installation, training and user guides, maintenance and troubleshooting guides. - Established metric, milestone, and reporting to support company objectives - Developed department workflow processes to reduce documentation development lifecycle - Worked interactively with Subject Matter Experts to document installation and training processes - Identified need, developed and documented workflow processes for technical support team - Identified need, developed and documented workflow process for developing client information - Led project team of 3 people to redesign company’s portal
