Daily Duties at City Of Lebanon:
Established Economic Development department. Formulate and implemented economic development strategy. Oversaw and maintained economic development projects, provided downtown revitalization strategies, and workforce solutions. Performed economic and fiscal impact analysis, economic modeling, funding strategies and market feasibility studies for various development projects. Prepared annual budgets and administered and monitored tax incentive programs. Created project management and marketing proposals. Served as collaborative resource,and worked collaboratively with internal resource staff and external stakeholders.
