Accepted position in January 2014 to formalize roles as an active participant in the Akimeka Quality Management System and project manager of CMMI initiative since 2009. Managed, administered, and maintained the corporate level quality programs and certifications including ISO 9001:2008, and CMMI. Drove continuous process improvement using PMBOK best practices, CMMI guidelines, and ISO9001:2008 standards. Lead multiple business case analysis projects to identify, verify and validate new business channels. Lead CIO-SP3 IDIQ Task Order Program as Program Manager with tasks including reporting, stakeholder management, business development, business capture, risk management, training, and development.
