Provide onsite and remote project management over a mixed portfolio of 10 - 15 short term single product implementation projects, and long term enterprise migration projects. Manage budgets ranging from $10, 000 up to $300,000 USD and teams of up to 10 developers, consultants, and conversion specialists. - Focus teams on business objectives and track progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, on budget, and with the desired results - Define processes, tools, and approaches depending on project specifics and client goals by creating and managing detailed project road maps, plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans - Identify and mitigate risk through proactive qualitative risk management, while anticipating and managing change - Introduced standardized templates such as statement of work, and lessons learned used across the organization
