Responsibilities: • Managed delivery of training curriculum and communication materials for several rounds of new software focused on introducing product benefits to drive faster adoption, increase usage and effect change. • Provided input into the development, implementation and maintenance of the communications program that effectively drove identified business initiatives for the Business Units. • Contributed to and supported U.S. and oversees messaging, positioning, and communications approach on a project basis. • Researched and communicated Business Unit success stories, projects, products and innovations to gain buy-in on a project basis. • Partnered with the Media Relations, Online Communications, Employee and Leadership Communications teams on a project basis. • Assisted in monitoring of budget. • Using the required governance tools, ensured the maintenance of print and electronic libraries for use in advertising, brochures, internet development, presentations and trade shows. • Evaluated effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, inquiries and other elements of the communication performance management, including analytics from any partners. • Assisted with coordination, execution and follow-up analysis of customer events and trade shows. • Managed relationships with internal counterparts, agencies, suppliers, control quality, delivery and service, and channel feedback as required by specific marketing communications projects. • Observed and analyzed communication activities of competitors or best-in-class companies. • Conceptualized, scripted, and created animated/narrated training and marketing videos to support the launch of the latest software for 4000 stakeholders. • Took part in feedback sessions, webinars and staff meetings. • Wrote and designed documentation including guides, training manuals, brochures and various internal communications to ensure the same information was received across every level of the organization. • Built and managed several SharePoint sites for product promotion and training, self-help user support, document distribution, info sharing • Identified the need, designed, and presented mockups and strategy for delivery of training combining new and repurposed content created by other departments. • Managed training and communication program. • Wrote, designed and narrated “Interactive Courses” on every aspect of proprietary software systems within designated time frames working with SMEs for 5000 stakeholders.
