•Microscopy of all specimen types. FISH and chromosome analysis when needed. •Protocol revision, FISH development, test validation, development of paraffin FISH protocol, and QA/QI. •Full time FISH technologist oncology •Helped to improve documentation in the laboratory for CAP inspections. •Technical supervision in FISH wet lab and microscopy for weekends •Awarded Innovators Award 2012 (Wave Sense, Inc.)
