Worked with OGT (Rainbow Scientific) on discount pricing for probes, larger quantities, and standing orders. • Implemented accountability for probe usage and repeat rate detection for FISH. • Investigated problem specimens and communicated with clients directly regarding failures and inconclusive results. • Member of the Operations Team • Discussed policy implementation, personnel capacity, and budgetary constraints with Lab director • Lead a successful CAP /CLIA inspection July 2013 • Lead project “Plasma Cell Isolation for MM FISH panel “ • Validations of new probe vendor to cut cost, improve quality. Initial training and competency for technologists
