• Issued press releases covered by financial news media and responsible for issuing and monitoring rating of asset-backed securities (world renowned ratings system Aaa, Baa, etc.). Conducted due diligence reviews of issuers, presented credit rating recommendations to committee and assigned Credit Ratings to asset-backed securities. • Transaction responsibilities included analyzing, interpreting, and negotiating governing legal documents and structures, constructing and interpreting cash flow models, managing proposals through rating committees, interacting with underwriters, attorneys and investors and publishing written high-value investment research.
