• Successfully launched Credentia Advisors as joint spin off with RBC Bank as continuation of service afforded RBC client advisory business engagements (M&A, financings, strategic advisories/program rollouts, and valuations). • Manage firm as business executive, mandate leader, CFO, financial advisor (internal/external) covering: capital formation, monetization, development, FP&A, M&A, fiscal management, and operations/sales development. • Have led Credentia to profitability and grew practice focusing on media/entertainment, intellectual property, finance and energy industries and various nonprofits and charitable organizations. • Led M&A sale of RBC Bank’s Alabama trust unit to Renasant Bank, the Equity Recapitalization of FLS Energy and extensive consulting/financial oversight work related to non-profits, media, entertainment and film production. • Currently arranging film fund sponsored by high net worth investors in conjunction with animation project slate funding and fundraising for a consortium of California universities promoting sustainability.
