o Taught courses related to Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy programs. o Applied laboratory empowering leadership skills in guiding and coaching team of up to 30 students, 10 lab assistants, and up to 7 medical technologists in clinical lab and educational settings. o Facilitated formal training to college students as well as informal training for colleagues in medical technology, phlebotomy, medical assistant fields. o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex medical laboratory information to audiences from diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels. o Presented completed professional development plan and in-service activities according to required standards of the University and governing bodies. o Monitored and evaluated students’ work against required level of learning outcomes. o Provided feedback, grades, and assignments to students and superiors in a timely manner. o Attended required faculty meetings, in-service, and workshops presented by the City College.
