Reviewed daily and monthly work and statistics records for completeness, obvious errors, and for the quality assurance. o Prepared monthly Performance measurement data for the administration and Risk management/Quality assurance purposes to evaluate Blood Bank product usage and productivity measures for the provided laboratory services. o Managed evening shift, nightshifts, and weekend shifts operation with educational coaching approach to develop service excellence of the employees. o Identified root cause of problems for the CAP proficiencies issues, quality outcome of the instruments, procedural, and technical issues. o Implemented policies and procedures to increase productivity, profitability, and quality assurance of the laboratory services. o Prepared technical section of Blood Bank for the CAP inspection, accreditation, and licensing process.
