Daily Duties at Chartwell West:
I marketed, negotiated and implemented managed care contracts with payors throughout Northern California. Through implementation, I met with the Medical Director and the case managers to explain our key strengths and reasons why they should refer to us. This was a key role, because in California's managed care marketplace, you can not provide services without a contract.
