Daily Duties at Pfizer Central Research:

8/83 -2/89; Assistant Scientist, Pharmaceutical R & D Responsibilities included organizing, executing, reporting, and presenting all materials in conjunction with various projects dealing with animal health and bovine growth hormone projects. Other duties included laboratory experimentation, HPLC, spectrophotometric assays, computer recording, and operating advanced technical equipment 2/89 - 2/92; Associate Scientist, Pharmaceutical R & D Primary creator of the Biopharmaceutics group in our department to meet avoid occurring in the completion of in vivo studies that existed. Established protocols for in vivo studies that were completed for department projects. Hired and supervised two laboratory scientists over five years. 2/92 - 2/99; Scientist, Pharmaceutical R & D Responsibilities include contribution of substantial critical and constructive input to in vitro and in vivo study design, execution, and data interpretation (including statistical evaluation and deconvolution of pharmacokinetic data) for all assigned group projects. Organizing, managing executing, interpreting, reporting, and presenting (in house and national meetings) all materials related to departmental in vivo and in vitro studies as well as apply the fundamentals of biopharmaceutics in in vivo studies and interpret how these concepts apply to practical evaluation of dosage forms. Group coordinator for in vivo studies with Animal Resource Department, Radiation Safety officer for 156A second floor, Safety Officer for second floor, in house coordinator for scintigraphic studies both on and off site. 2/99 – 1/22/2004; Senior Scientist, Pharmaceutical R & D Responsibilities included all of the above as well as responsibility for complete projects with minimal supervision. Team involvement and reporting ongoing project results to various teams as the soul representative of the Biopharmaceutics group was continual. Training of new personnel as well as teaching new techniques to other departments was often completed quickly and competently.
