• Supported all business unit bid and proposal activity, drafted and negotiated long term contracts in support of multiple business jet programs including OEM production agreements, aircraft performance guarantees, engineering and technical requirements documents, service, consulting, nondisclosure, product support, and joint development agreements • Advised Supply Chain agents as to negotiation strategy, contractual interpretation, and administration recommendations, and assisted in the evaluation of proposals • Served on Warranty Board providing claims assessment, negotiation, and cost recovery
