Daily Duties at Us Army:

Closely monitored the overall operations and staffing management of three primary care centers across a military medical center. Demonstrated effectiveness in the development, implementation, and management of pediatric urgent clinic care operations and services. Presided over the orientation of 300 military service members and other qualified beneficiaries on monthly Tricare health plan participation. Rendered effectual assistance to more than 50-100 beneficiaries on health plan comprehension, eligibility verification, and enrollment quarterly.
