Daily Duties at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians:
Exemplify strategic leadership in guiding and training 300 clinical and support staff with new electronic health record (EMR) transition and implementation. Administer various human resource functions, including staff recruitment, orientation, training, and counseling; along with execution of disciplinary action aligned with established policies. Take charge of practice revenue cycle management in compliance with PPO policies and procedures. Provide oversight to the daily administrative and operational management of all physicians to ensure service efficiency. Render quality customer service by addressing clients’ concerns, building positive rapport, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
