Daily Duties at Psi Sales, Inc:

I had full P&L responsibility. Day to day activities included implementation of Lean Methods, Coordinating schedules with customer base, managing supply base, Leading and Developing workforce. I was responsible for all Departments, including HR, Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
