Developed banks 100% compliant Enterprise Risk Program by monitoring and minimized risks by developing a wide variety of risk models including interest rate risk, liquidity, portfolio stress testing, Allowance for Loan Losses and contingency planning. Fostered strong relationship with vendors, customer’s and staff through excellent communication skills, networking and community involvement. Established bank loan underwriting guidelines, closing procedures and risk management process for entire portfolio. Experienced in commercial loan workups and underwriting. Skilled sales person that has proven track record in loan origination and documented portfolio growth. Increased the bank’s loan portfolio more than 100% and sold loan servicing portfolio by more than 700%. Bank received the Albion Chamber’s Service Award Winner of the Year on two separate occasions.
