Responsible to develop strategic plan for the organization including setting priorities, project development, and securing grant funding. Coordinate educational workshops and forums for the Community Health Network Group, Promote the use of Community Resource Directory to improve individual health awareness, Managed the organizations involvement in other related community programs. Developed, monitored, and assigned staff for multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously, Hired, evaluated and developed employees to succeed individually and on programs. Accountable for maintaining personnel files, documenting program success and reporting to funder's.
