Managed a small business which involved the marketing, design, production and shipping of specialized garments and special order products as requested by customers. Utilized digitized software to produce designs and specialized equipment to manufacture finished items. Utilized business software to manage accounts, prepare reports, invoices, P&L, AP/AR, reconciliations, income statements, balance sheet, maintain inventory and establish financial records. Supervised employees on a daily basis.
