Daily Duties at Citigroup:
Deliver production and development support for PeopleSoft HRMS OLTP/Data Warehouse on 10g/11g/11gRT Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) databases as lead Database Administrator (DBA) for Global Payroll support in North America, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, Bermuda, and Cayman. Complete various tasks including tuning database systems for performance and efficiency enhancements, reviewing the logs, available space, configuring the initialization parameters based on application requirements, and optimizing complex SQL queries.
