 As General Manager, initiated the development and opening of a satellite office in Wilmington, NC, in addition to managing the daily operations of a mobility products dealer.  Supervised installation and repair of client vehicles and equipment and diagnosed equipment failures and devised repair plans for clients.  Sold new and used specialty vehicles and all relevant equipment.  Worked closely with specialty equipment manufacturers to maintained proper parts and equipment inventory  Supervised four shop technician employees and trained employees on proper installation and repair techniques  Voluntarily assisted clients after-hours resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
