Daily Duties at Intrado:
• Managed customer relationship for Intrado’s Reverse 9-1-1 Product Suite with a focus on technical support, problem solving and incident resolution. • Generated and implemented an effective marketing plan with an emphasis on developing brand strategies and product marketing which directly increased product sales. • Created, organized and led product demonstrations, customer trainings and user forums - which directly increased customer satisfaction, customer retention and increased revenue. • Performed additional tasks associated with the product including billing, RFP response, vendor relationships, change management, data management and contract management.
