 Oversee the entire aspects of sales, including case sales, revenue, and gross profit for 46 malt beverage suppliers representing $130M of statewide sales, encompassing 8, 000,000 cases of malt beverage products and just under 20% market share  Assume full accountability in efficiently managing supplier and distributor relationships, while establishing and executing annual business plans (ABPs) to achieve and surpass key business goals.  Effectively supervise numerous teams companywide, such as the Off-Premise Team with 15 sales representatives and 4 division managers; On-Premise Team with 30 sales representatives and 5 division managers; and Draft Service Team with a key accounts manager, local marketing manager, and 3 brand development managers.
