Oversee the entire aspects of sales, including case sales, revenue, and gross profit for 46 malt beverage suppliers representing $130M of statewide sales, encompassing 8, 000,000 cases of malt beverage products and just under 20% market share Assume full accountability in efficiently managing supplier and distributor relationships, while establishing and executing annual business plans (ABPs) to achieve and surpass key business goals. Effectively supervise numerous teams companywide, such as the Off-Premise Team with 15 sales representatives and 4 division managers; On-Premise Team with 30 sales representatives and 5 division managers; and Draft Service Team with a key accounts manager, local marketing manager, and 3 brand development managers.
