Served as the Liaison between IT Department and Materials Management for all IT related expenditures in the entire system. • Negotiated prices with vendors for all daily support needs, capital expenditures, and contract employees. • Selected to maintain adequate stock levels of all computer/printer maintenance parts, network connectivity supplies, data center media, and daily general supplies for 1st and 2nd level support staff. • Successfully administered the asset database of all IT related equipment for all facilities, asset tag, purchasing information for IT departmental tracking. • Won recognition for offering assistance with limited resources utilization and other areas where deemed necessary to include the following support call center, phone assistance, support call logging, shipping and receiving of warranty and non-warranty core parts to ensure proper credit.
