Daily Duties at Saic:

 Managed three program teams and numerous subcontractors in the United States and Japan to support the Marine Corps’ equipment management, procurement, configuration and asset control programs.  Developed and delivered global CBRNE equipment training to First Responders on Marine Corps Installations  Coordinated and partook in the study for Chemical Biological First Responder Requirements and Strategies at USMC Installations; outlined threat of attacks and use of chemical and biological (C/B) Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) against USMC installations, as well as first responders capability in supporting USMC installations through attack recovery process; contract between EAI Corporation, Studies Management branch, S&A Division and the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC)  Managed $30M program for the Marine Corps PP&O Headquarters; assessed installations and directed training and equipping efforts for 17 global Marine Corps Antiterrorism and Counterterrorism Defense installations  Significantly upgraded USMC Military Working Dog program; includes increases in the population of IDDs required to support new missions; program started with 200 dogs and quickly grew to include over 600  Determined and mitigate project risks, analyzed program controls, planned schedules, reported project statuses, reviewed programs, established performance measures and effectively led work teams  Administered Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports and ensured Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) compliance
