Boosted performance by managing five Environmental Coordinators & one Sampling Technician. Facilitated compliant Carlin Trend Operations, which included six active open pit and five active underground mines, heap leach/waste rock disposal facilities, and milling and process operations, by obtaining/maintaining environmental permits and aligning operations with regulations. Enhanced efficiency, quickly determining permitting needs by working closely with project teams.
