Daily Duties at Amg Polo, Inc.:
managed a seasonal pony turnout business that involves 75 - 150 polo ponies. supervision of the grooms to ensure top quality care is being provided at all times. Maintained Client and owners correspondences . I managed the overall wellbeing of horses in a variety of situations, such as boarding, event development, training, and transport. managed the horses' health, nutrition and medical treatments are up to date. Additionally, the manager is responsible for the business side of the occupation, which entails training employees and preparation of shows or events, as well as managing facilities, schedules and personnel and taking care of marketing and budgets. manage/supervise multiple bank accounts for a family of four and handle such matters as insurance, doctor’s appointments, automobile servicing, billing, electric, phone, utilities, billing on credit cards and correspondence with vendors and contractors and the like for several homes, as well as manage travel arrangements. This position would directly manage six positions and ensure that duties and responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently as directed. This position also managed the family and their child care and tuition and payments and nanny.
