Supporting an employee compliment of 300 in two Virginia manufacturing locations that run 24/7. implemented online systems to our employees and have now provided an Online Employee and Manager Portal , revamped approach to communication to all employees through mobile apps, online tutorials, communications to their homes and family members . complete the full development of the Compensation Programs, Performance Development, Pay for Performance, Leadership Development, Supervisor Training & Development, Safety Program Development, Success Planning and the final development of Colortree’s University, for continued learning and development.
