Daily Duties at Philips Healthcare:
Manage the AMI portfolio, aligning the strategic objectives to the active projects. Drive the governance process to select, prioritize and initiate the active projects to effectively manage the organization’s resource utilization. Accountable to meet the business needs by supervising the program plans from conception to commercialization, the execution of key milestones, and the mitigations to reduce the risks and issues by: meeting the product and project cost, satisfying the time to market while partnering with the cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and providing technical and business presentations to customers and senior management
