Daily Duties at Net Sync Network Solutions:
Lead a core team with judgment and discretion in task fulfillment of deploying and retrieving laptops/PC’s to and from client sites of contracts. Monitored, reviewed, and managed work activities of contractors to ensure quality standards and time constraints are met. Held responsible for recovering and tracking inventory for over 500 laptops daily equivalent to $250K of company assets. Installed network components, operating systems, re-image, and repair numerous laptops/PC’s daily while effectively creating concise reports of inventory and damaged hardware. Quickly identified network issues and troubleshoot the source of problem either hardware, software, or network faults.
